Product prices listed are current, however these are subject to change without advance notice.All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees.All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.Our products are liable for GST in India.All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay accordingly locally.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation of order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument. If the order has shipped, you will be charged shipping for delivery and return.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our facility in Delhi by a third party courier service. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

Delivery for Prepaid Orders:

  1. 5-7 working days for Metro cities
  2. 8-10 working days for Non-metro cities
  3. You will be notified of your tracking number for International shipments.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

  1. 5-7 working days for Metro cities
  2. 8-12 working days for Non-metro cities
  3. Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Quinta Essentia Organic takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Quinta Essentia Organic is not responsible for damage after delivery.All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Returns Policy

We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in its original packing, sealed, saleable and undamaged condition, within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in sealed, unopened, saleable condition.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Quinta Essentia Organic is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

  1. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Quinta Essentia Organic Team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  2. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
